Jamie Giguiere

Jamie Giguiere joined our firm in November 2018. After studying history at Brigham Young University, she focused for some time on raising a family and community service. During that time, she served in several offices of the school’s Parent Association, as a member of the School Improvement Advisory Council, as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and various other local organizations.

Jamie is now a legal assistant and works in corporate and litigation matters. On a given day, she can be found preparing LLC and corporation documents to submit to the Arizona Corporation Commission; preparing disclosure statements and discovery documents for a lawsuit; or drafting and revising other legal communications that require a careful eye for detail.
