Shellie Gibson

Shellie Gibson joined Denton Peterson Dunn after working as a teacher in Gilbert for eight years.

She received BA in Elementary Education and English in 1996 from Ottawa University. She has also completed additional classes and training in accounting and bookkeeping. Using her financial abilities, Shellie prepares, posts, verifies and records client payments and financial transactions. She also assists in monthly reconciliation of financial accounts in receivables and payables.

Shellie also assists in corporate and litigation matters. For example, she can be found preparing LLC and corporation documents to submit to the Arizona Corporation Commission; filing documents necessary for a lawsuit; and drafting and revising other legal communications. Shellie relishes time spent with her family and is her children’s loudest cheerleader. She is an avid cyclist, enjoying early morning rides along the canal systems. She also appreciates just about any historical fiction novels and spending time serving in her community.
