Devon Miller has been Of Counsel to Denton Peterson Dunn since 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Devon worked with other East Valley law firms, worked as in-house counsel for a start-up technology company, and ran his own solo practice. Devon’s areas of practice include estate planning, probate, real estate, franchising, business, and corporate law. Devon focuses primarily on contracts and other agreements, seeking to help clients strategize and plan ahead to minimize the risk of potential future litigation.
Devon is experienced in counseling clients in many types of matters including trusts (revocable, irrevocable, special needs), wills, powers of attorney, elder law issues, trust and estate administration, trust and probate litigation, purchase and sale transactions, real estate transfers, residential and commercial leases, foreclosures, loans, asset protection, risk management, entity formation, franchising, investor relations, employment and independent contractor agreements, and general commercial litigation.
Devon is a 2007 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the U.S. District Court of Arizona since 2008. Devon also received a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University and is the proud father of five beautiful daughters. Devon enjoys cooking, spending time in the outdoors, is a film and TV enthusiast, and an avid trivia buff.
